Anabolic diet reddit

Hi I just came across your blog. I’m a fitness junkie, figure competitor and I have been competing & training for 3 years. I have been recently been following my leaning out or contest prep as we “figure gals” call it, have not been getting the results that I want. So, a friend told me about the CKD and that maybe I should give it a try, she’s also a competitor and has had awesome results. I will start on Monday 6/24 the CKD plan. I have done a low/no carb week just to get my body a jump start to prepping when I don’t see the scale move or bodyfat dropping.

This is an intense training program. We’re talking a 5-day split including a full-body Saturday workout. It’s not for the faint-hearted and you’d better give it the respect it deserves. But with hard training and dedication comes real reward. So if you want Zyzz style aesthetics, this is what you’ve gotta get on board with.
Combine it with the diet plan and you see why we’re looking at 3800 – 4000 calories a day . Your body needs that fuel. Train intense, train hard, and keep a positive state-of-mind. If you need some Zyzzspiration, blast some trance music. Tiesto’s Clublife podcast is a great one that’s updated weekly!
