Anabolic fasting results

I totally understand what kind of job you had. I work at a Wally World distribution center. Started in shipping, loading about 3 to 4 full semi’s a day. Didn’t know how much weight I loaded. Then switched to non conveyable. When in dog food, I’d stack about 60k/lbs in 12 hours. That was MUCH easier than shipping. My first year, I struggled. Then I talked to my bro-in-law, who is a personal trainer, found and I started to do good. I was taking creatine and C4 prior to work, and took an Animal Pak with UniLiver every break, while eating protien every 3-4 hours. This brought me to Muscle for Life and The Books. I’m in maintenance department now, and are about to join a gym. I’ve been wanting to get the Legion multi’s and switch to Legion supplements. I’m about done reading BLS, and are gonna start the year one challenge. I’ve aready bought BBLS and Shredded Chef. I get excited every time I think about my goals.

Every week I lift three days, cycle three days for 100 miles or so, walk four hours and IF at least three days, sometimes four: Two or three 16-hour fasts and one 24… and I’ll be 66 this year. I was ultra low carb for a long time so fasting is no big hungry deal. The way I work it is Monday night I eat at 6 pm. Next morning with no breakfast I cycle 33-35 miles or so. Then at noon I eat. I repeat that Wed. night to Thursday. I repeat that Fri. night to Saturday noon, or if my schedule doesn’t all I cycle Saturday but eat normally. However I don’t eat from around 5 . Saturday to 5 . Sunday. In that time I always walk at least four hours. Weights get lifted Monday am, Wed, am, Friday . My BMI is 24 and my body fat 16%, my T is in the 700s which for my age is fine (no T supplementing.) I do watch the diet, track everything I eat, and I do take various vitamins and minerals. I also get a lot of sun so my vit D ng/ml is around 80 all year.
