You can actually get the setting spray under it’s original name — Skindinavia setting spray. If you look at Urban Decay they actually “white label” the Skindinavia brand stuff and mark up the price a little bit. Check Amazon for it. HOWEVER, with that being said, it has some pretty intense chemicals. One of them is the activation chemical in perms (yeah like for the hair) so it may mess up your skin even worse. I use plain old rosewater spray to set my makeup and it has been working pretty great. Also, for acne, I like Aztec Clay mixed with Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar.

There is nothing wrong with working out to obtain an aesthetically pleasing body. I’m I not using my functional muscles while sculpting my physique? I’m I not building strength while building muscles? I’m 50 years old and have been into fitness for 32 years. I started out with just pushups and jumping jacks for about ten years and developed an impressive physique. Then I went on to weight training and have been lifting every since. I’ve had used bodybuilding style training, powerlifting, weight lifting and dabbed into cross fitting. There all methods of training. I am getting strong and functional but I’m also managing to build my physique to point that people question my age.

I can’t really re-position myself without some pain (or what feels like a muscle spasm), and walking is excrutiatingly hard. I’ve had to crawl around my house. Just wondering if it sounds like a muscle problem or a disk. 1. I have had disc problems before in High School, which was diagnosed as a slipped disk, so I’m pretty sure it’s that. 2. However, there really isn’t any pain going down my legs, or in my feet. It’s all very local to my lumbar region. Most articles I have read say slipped disks include leg pain. I can’t walk, but it’s bc my back starts spasming, not necessarily leg pain.

I never said he doesn’t have genetics. He has great genetics. So does Marion Jones, Lance Armstrong, John Welbourn, Ronnie Coleman, Barry Bonds, the list goes on. You have to have great genetics. You can’t take someone with bad genetics and compensate for it with steroids. If you could, we could literally turn anyone into a pro athlete. All steroids do is allow you to recover faster so that you can train more and make more progress in a shorter period of time. Think of it like this, the progress and training volume you could do in a month, now you can do it in 2 weeks because you don’t need as much rest between training sessions, and when you hit your training sessions, you’re able to work harder because you’re better recovered instead of coming in sore and stiff. You get from point A to point B faster.
