For the off-season athlete there is no anabolic steroid more important or beneficial than testosterone. High levels of testosterone will promote significant increases in lean muscle mass and strength. This is assuming that the individual is consuming adequate calories. Compounds like Testosterone Propionate are not magical, you will still need to feed your body enough calories. During an off-season period of growth, this means total caloric intake will need to be slightly above maintenance. This will, unfortunately, promote body fat gain. However, the key to a successful off-season is gaining lean tissue while minimizing body fat gain to the fullest extent possible. By supplementing with Testosterone Propionate you will be able to achieve this more efficiently. High testosterone levels will promote a stronger metabolic rate. This is not a license to eat like there’s no end in sight, but you should be able to make better use of your calories.

Androgenic steroids side effects are the ones that are most commonly associated with steroid use, especially steroid use in women. The androgenic side effects are the ones that affect a user’s hair, skin, and sex drive.

The Oxandrolone hormone does not carry any estrogenic related side effects. It does not aromatize and cannot lead to gynecomastia or water retention due to increases in estrogen levels. It further carries no progestin related activity, which again supports no estrogenic related side effects. Due to water retention being impossible with this steroid, this will decrease the risk of high blood pressure. Excess water retention can promote high blood pressure. Some steroids that do not aromatize can lead to high blood pressure, such as Trenbolone , but Anavar is rarely associated with this trait.

Cells of the zona fasciculata and zona reticularis lack aldosterone synthase (CYP11B2) that converts corticosterone to aldosterone, and thus these tissues produce only the weak mineralocorticoid corticosterone. However, both these zones do contain the CYP17A1 missing in zona glomerulosa and thus produce the major glucocorticoid, cortisol. Zona fasciculata and zona reticularis cells also contain CYP17A1, whose 17,20-lyase activity is responsible for producing the androgens, dehydroepiandosterone (DHEA) and androstenedione. Thus, fasciculata and reticularis cells can make corticosteroids and the adrenal androgens, but not aldosterone.

I loved the meditation that you did on your Wednesday evening Hay House event! Wow! I am so excited to read the book, arriving from Amazon soon! I am sure the book will be wonderful and yet I feel as if I already know this. It feels so true and perfect! Since Wednesday night I have twice found myself stopping what I was doing to follow an urge to send energy to someone far away who has no knowledge of my sending it. Somehow I know it is important for me to send and that they are receiving it and it is healing them. Our paths have crossed many times. You would be amazed to know how you have showed up in my life over the years. As far back as 26 or 27 years ago when I came to a clinic that you were working at. Then at OZ Books in SW Harbor, Maine nineteen years ago next month. I remember because my now 19 year old daughter was a baby asleep in my arms as I listened to a most exciting and provacative lecture! A wonderful Louise Hay event in Atlanta 10 years ago or so…. now with 4 kids I can not be so sure of what happend when as I was when I only had one and she slept all the time …. I have followed your work, read your books and watched your PBS specials and other TV appearences. I have given your books, told people about you! I could go on and on about how much I love and appreciate you and your work! Thank you for the energy and light you put out into the world! Once again you have given me something at the exact time that I needed it. Love and blessings to you!
